WPC is governed by a Board of Directors and managed by a committed team of staff, support staff, and volunteers.

The organization’s leadership guides programs in gender equality, sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR), prevention of gender-based violence, advocacy, psychosocial support, entrepreneurship, and economic empowerment for women and girls.
